Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Timeline

✔ All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 15 days from the date of allotment.

✔ Refunds will be processed to the same account that the user has provided at the time of application.

100% Refund Guarantee

✔ If the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued without any deductions or charges.

Cancellation by Allottee

✔ If an allottee chooses to cancel their allotment, a cancellation charges of ₹20,000/- may apply.

✔ If no response is received from the allottee regarding the cancellation, the refund process will commence after due diligence.

✔ Cancellation refunds will be processed within 30 days after verification.

✔ Refund Only Through NEFT/RTGS, DD or Cheque Only

Disputes

✔ Any disputes arising in relation to the terms of this refund policy shall be settled amicably through mutual discussion.

✔ In case of unresolved disputes, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating officer under the Real Estate Act.

✔ The courts sohna shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this policy.
