The Haryana Industrial Land Scheme is a planned and HRERA approved industrial land development offering industrial plots for eligible businesses, entrepreneurs, manufacturers and industrial operators seeking to establish or expand their operations in Haryana.
Yes. The project is registered with Haryana RERA under registration number HRERA-PKL-JJR-752-2025.
Eligible businesses, companies, firms, entrepreneurs, manufacturers,investors and other permitted entities can apply, subject to the scheme's eligibility criteria and applicable regulations.
Applicants can submit their application through the designated online application process. Applicants should carefully review the applicable eligibility criteria, documents, payment requirements, and scheme terms before submitting an application.
All unsuccessful applications receive a 100% refund within 15 business days of allotment, with no deductions. Refunds are made to the applicant’s registered account. For voluntary cancellation, a ₹20,000 cancellation charge may apply.
Allotment will be carried out according to the applicable scheme rules and the approved allotment procedure. Applicants should refer to the official scheme notification for the final allotment process.
Applicants can use the Check Allotment Status section on the portal to view their application and allotment information.
Any refund or payment adjustment will be handled according to the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
